Budget hotel, nice location. However, the room is not soundproof, very very noisy from other guests talking on the corridor (very early in the morning/late at night). Staff is kind and polite. Basic amenities but you get what you pay for.

Only for bukber/iftar , great menu good price, staffs are good, location easy to access.

Best place to stay, very good price, the room and toilet are clean, ac is working. I'll stay in there again if I come to yogyakarta someday!

Rated as the star: excellent quality of bed and AC, but i had to stir my coffee with hotel tooth brush( no spoon provided). Towels n bathroom mat had to b requested twice. From my room on 7 floor, loud bangs were constantly heard 20 hours~ informed by the staff they were water system pumping system? It shud hv been fixed, really. Definitely an annoyance during nite time

Actually the hotel is oke. But make sure you have non smoking room for more comfortable. But if i may suggest the hotel need to change their liquid soap and shampoo coz the smell is tooo tacky. Sorry in advance. But the price is really affordble. Suitable for backpackers

Sheet wasn't replaced the first time we checked-in. Room was a bit damp and smelly. Bathroom was a bit too small, especially the shower room, and the shower curtain smelled bad.
The tap wasn't in good condition so we had to call the receptionist, but no one came. Lucky a staff was near our room, and he helped us a lot with the problem.
Staff other than receptionist were nice.
Breakfast was ready at 6.30 am although the receptionist told us breakfast is served at 7 am every morning.
The buffet was nice considering the price. The food was okay.

One of Low budget hotel in Yogyakarta City, the room was clean, spacious room , and comfortable. Moderate price. Their staff's is very helpful and great hospitality. Its a 2 star hotel ,but good services. Located in strategic place, Tentara Pelajar Street. Nearest to major attraction's destination, only 5 minutes to Tugu Main Station, and Malioboro business district.
