Went here because of the number of people reviewing this place. So here’s my two cents… The fried chicken is so juicy and flavorful - they use free-range chicken, but the sambal is just meh. The place is sooo spacious with so many seating area to choose. Perfect for big groups. However, it’s quite expensive for Jogja standard. A set of rice+chicken+lalap+sambal without drink costs about 45K.

Not good. Period. There are so many better ayam goreng than this. So not worth it. The lodeh is a bit salty. Biasa banget sih rasanya semua. Will not come back again.

Ayam goreng gending asin tastes pretty good, the sambal is quite spicy. The Sayur asem is not my taste, a bit too sweet.

Yummy! We love the original (sweet - but not too sweet - just on point) fried free range chicken and definitely the sambal. I prefer savoury taste, but I really enjoy eating this chicken. The chicken was quite big - enough for four persons. We came here at 3PM so it was not very crowded - but it may be very crowded during lunch time - as the last time we went here.

I love it. It's taste isn't so strong with a nice balance between sweet and savory flavour. The spices seep in really well in the chicken and let's not forget the size we get when we buy a whole chicken. It's really worth it for the price it has.

Couldn't ayam goreng like this in Jakarta. More like deep fried stewed chicken. Sweetness kinda overtake the savoriness but this is what makes it different. The place is huge and can take a lot of people.

Must try! a very tasty 'traditionally-seasoned' organic fried chicken. And do not miss choices of traditional Indonesian sweets/cakes.
