Good hotel staff. Very polite and extremely helpful. Will go out of the way to make your comfortable and to provide any assistance that’s needed.
The low rating is for the vicinity of the hotel, a very dull and ordinary by lane with many workshops around.
If you need anything outside the hotel you won’t find it.
Internet is quite strong and fast and reliable.
Rooms are clean and tidy.
The airport though near on the map is quite a distance to travel considering there is some highway construction nearby causing a very large detour.
Overall good for a quick stay. The hotel itself is good considering their best asset which is their staff.

On the plus side, the front desk and transportation staff were all friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient to the airport but very quiet despite the heavy air traffic, and our room itself was clean.
On the minus side there seemed to be a general lack of preparation in the facilities: the cafe was out of half the dishes we ordered at dinner, and the kitchen had only one cook for the eggs at breakfast (on that note, cooking eggs to order is not a good idea at a hotel with heavy airport customer volume--everyone, including the kitchen staff, would be better served by just cooking up a tray of scrambled eggs every few minutes). Half of the gym equipment was out of order the water dispenser in the gym had apparently been unused for some time, and the lobby was swarming with mosquitoes.
I'd recommend this hotel for an overnight transit stay, but for anything else, you're better off staying somewhere else.

Nice and convenient hotel if you need to stay a night in Jakarta before taking next flight next day. They also provide shuttle service to the airport.

Tried room service. And the ayam bakar was nice. Overall its a good experience and will come back for sure.

Got an upgraded room as well which always a plus point.

Nice place near to the airport,, free shuttle to airport and the fare is so-so lah ya,,

The temperature was set at 29C. It’s too hot.
The pillow was too high and hard as well as the bed.

Hotel was good, staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed overnight as we had flight early next morning, very close to the airport. Provided free shuttle service from and to airport which was very convenient. Price was very reasonable, we also ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was very nice and good price and there coffee is nice too. Would definitely stay again.
