Those who works here is so **** slow, at least worker i came up with. Came here for Rapid antigen. There is no signage of where we should go first. They did not bother to explain what is your queue number, they write it on top right of your payment receipt and just hope you ask or somehow figure it out yourself. The waiting space is pathetic, dirty wet plastic chairs (it rain a while ago). This place is not profesional. I expect more from such a reputable hospital.

Having a super great experiences here! All the staffs especially nurses and doctors are so helpful. Been here many times because I always recommend this hospital to family and friends.
They will help you anytime you need with fast responds.
I got so many great assistance from Pak Irlan when I admitted here, start from the room until the discharge processes.
Will always be my first choice of hospital.

Have been treated for about 4 days due to Covid 19, I had great experience of services with all Doctor and nurses, especially Pak Illan and Bu Tika, as they very supportive and responsive since the first time I went to ER room till find me a great room for me. The room very spacious and clean..

They had been a great support for these past 4 days and makes me and my wife very comfortable...thank you so much indeed and keep up the good work

This is the worst hospital experience that I ever encountered. If you think you would like to have a staycation in hospital. This is the best place why? Because they will do their best NOT to discharge you even the doctor has said ok. They will find a way to make you pay something even insurance have covered it all. They will never tell their other department to prepare meal for patient who just get operated and have fasted 8 hours before operation and doctor has specifically told them to give my husband food. They also will make you feel like a criminal for making a scene because you have waited 6 hours for they completing their administration and everytime you ask they only say “wait”. You asked for you food for your hungry husband after operation, they said “wait”.

So my opinion. Even the doctor is super good. NEVER NEVER ADMITTING YOURSELF TO THIS HOSPITAL because they will do their diligent not to put your interest as priority but only thinking what best for their business as a hospital.

Friendly staff and satisfying services, but the schedule is not like as the appointment. I received email that following information to come at 8.30 AM. But after i came, force me to wait until 11.00 AM. Operational or administration must do something about it or we'll be feel uncomfortable. Thank you :)

Impressed by their service u0026 hospitality. Kudos to dr. Herlina Sp.A and nurses.honorable mention nurse Eka u0026 Sri. Their IR was also timely and the price is reasonable. The nurses (male u0026 female) was very helpful, friendly and informative. They even took extra measures.
