Tldr: Expect 2h for COVID treatment. Medicine takes too long to process (1h+). IGD and isolation rooms were terrible.

My Emergency Room (IGD) experience was terrible. I had COVID, but they were not enforcing safety protocols (some guy literally sat beside me even though the chair next to me was marked with a DO NOT SIT sign.) In fact, they told me to sit on the chair even though the vicinity was crowded.

The emergency room was so small too, only had enough seats for 8 people even though there were well over 16 people in the room. But the worst part is that the service took TOO LONG (5 min for checkup with a nurse, 10 min for antigen, 30 min to see the doctor, another 60 min to get the medicine.)

After the antigen, I was brought to an isolation room but it literally was just a repurposed storage room, the entrance was literally two manual steel curtains. The AC was on but the heat from the outside was negating it, and is still hot.

Worst pharmacy service ever! I’ve been couple of times coming to siloam and always need to wait an hour for the meds to prepare. No sign, no status, or calls from the staffs to let your meds is ready! I found lots of offline complain through the staff and they still have no intention to fix the flow or services.

a hospital that provides quite complete facilities, the atmosphere is comfortable, the administrative waiting room is very well supported by electronic queue numbers, customer service and nurses in conveying information are very good.

I was very satisfied in this hospital !

The first is Doctor Wempy. He is very kind, quick to act for patients, professional, and provides clear information.

The second is the nurse who is very polite and friendly. I don't think so about all these hospitals. Very good! I chose this hospital for surgery, I feel calm because I trust the doctor who will perform the operation.

I will absolutely recommend this hospital to everyone around me.

If you value your time, don’t come here

Full of disappointment, unknowledgeable staff, they don’t even know the lab tests they offer. Completely unprofessional letting people wait for 30 mins-1 hour even if they have an appointment already.

Considering they offer at premium prices, the overall service is worse than budget.

There are many hospitals in Jakarta, consider other places before coming here.

I was in good hands and excited during the time.

great name "Siloam" is so good
but the quality of service is not great and very bad service,

just entered the lobby terrace the security guard very "objected" being asked, He answered rudely and disrespectfully, condescendingly and belittling.
I'm asking because I don't know, and need some direction.

I pay with full personal funds not insurance - PAY IN CASH !

Administration service is very very bad and longer than other Hospital sevices, disappointing.
when confirmed they throwing each other and very uncomfortable to accept.

the facilities are quite standard (THIS IS "SILOAM" ! )
for the doctor's service, Dr. "T" is quite good, yes, it's a normal medical service.

Nurse Services is enough - standard, here I understand they may be quite tired.
for cleaning service is quite good

NOTHING SPECIAL in this hospital. This SILOAM HOSPITAL KEBON JERUK , JUST USUAL !

if you have good experience, you must be "Lucky"????
