Nice room and lobby. Like a 4-5 stars hotel.
The restaurant options are not to many. But you can order food online anyway.

Easy access from the highway, but the traffic in surrounding is quite bad during certain hours.

The doctor is good, however it's just that other hidden / unnecessary costs charged by the hospital that we need to be careful. Before meeting with my doctor I was asked to check blood pressure and eyes. During my first visit, the eye exam was free of charge. The second visit which was only 2 weeks apart I asked if it needed to be checked again and was answered yes. The 5-10 minutes eye exam is similar to when we go to opticians at the mall, but the exam at JEC costs Rp. 180,000, not free. That cost is supposed not necessary because whatever test results I'm not informed and not required by the doctor. For medicine, you can save 15-20%, if you buy from Manjur pharmacy at the Puri market.

Worst ever eye center in Jakarta, i'm checked at 11 July and back again as schedule 25 July with the same doctor but the doctor is not available because we need to book again ( the doctor say itself back again at 25 July but is full lol ? ) , call the call center they say go to JEC Menteng because the Doctor is available at 26 July and they already booked for us with the number of queue, going to JEC menteng and the doctor is not available again and we need to registration at beginning OMEGALULW, the funny things is they have whatsapp with the robot system while they tell the doctor is not available from sending a message to your phone ????????????. Don't waste your time in here, bad management and services not recommended !!!

Upscale/high class eye care center in West Jakarta. In the lobby right after the entrance you can see an automated-piano playing classical music by itself; such wow...
The cost of treatment here is of course high. At the backside of the main lobby there is an ATM center. Better make an appointment first (via call) instead of 'walk-in' here to make arrangement/see the doctor's schedule.

I am here to check my 6 years old son for his yearly routine check. Make sure to book online first and spare 4 hours here from registration until payment.

Good facilities. Doctors and nurses give clear information. Everything is fast including the lasik operation process, payment, and the process in pharmacy.

Good enough.

the doctors are good. the service are very good. the place was cozy and relaxing. also they are complete facility for an hospital.
the minus are quite expensive price and unstrategic location access.
