80% of the shops are not open for business. One of Jakarta's failed properties located in prime areas. I have posted pictures of the view FROM the top of this building. Tranquil.

The place is clean. But maybe the air conditioners are not running at 100% capacity. Eventhough the place is not considered to be a busy place, but the air is still a lil bit warm for me.

Came here on Sunday. Almost 80% of the tenants are closed. Found one tenant that's kind of rude while doing negotiation on selling smartphone. But might as well enjoy the view from the building's parking lot.

It is Mall. Selling computers and stuff, there is AW restaurant too, and other restaurants, standing right down on kyai tapa street. Dont mix up with ITC roxy mas, It is a different Mall. ITC Roxymas is a couple blocks to the east from it.

The phone shop in front entrance are great at servicing your broken phones, but there's nothing much this place has to offer since most of shops are already out of service/moved out. One of failing malls in west of Jakarta

It's very deserted, are they gonna close down soon?
Most store closed, no interesting store around.
I really like eating A u0026 W there since its quite and not crowded. And have a superindo.
