Customer service non-existent. Tried to call customer service number for multiple times and no one ever pick up the phone. Package has not been delivered for 5 days. Use this company at your own risk!

What is Express ini Rex Express mean? Delivery from Tangerang to Jakbar took more than 5 days. Call the customer service didn't help anything. Also bad tracking technology, your CS need 2 minutes to track the delivery status, while your competitor can do this in realtime.

Terrible. Avoid this company at all cost. You need to wait more than a week for them to pick-up your delivery... that is if they ever come at all. Customer service rep is pretty much unreachable at all times of the day.
