Everything you can expect from a good hotel, nice bed, hot shower, clean room but the location deducts all the points. The hotel has a night club in it and you can expect heavy clubbing sounds reaching your room till 3am, unless you're there to crash after partying, I don't think you would want your sleep to be disturbed.

We weren't even staying for the night, only momentary for make up, and we even requested a room with glass THE NIGHT BEFORE WE CHECK IN but they didn't give us that room. They say the room is full while it was in fact empty. We requested for an additional chair but they didn't give us the chair. They said they didn't have it. The service was awful, we asked for a change for the room.but they could only change it at 1.30 pm while we have arrived at 10 am. Everything is very bad and certainly wouldn't recommend staying here. I personally have never stayed at a hotel this bad.

The smoking rooms are small and non smoking rooms are large with a view of the outside. The staff at the hotel will try to sell a deluxe room by saying smaller rooms are not available. Thats one way to overcharge. I was a foreigner there and did not understand the language.

Location is fantastic near the major malls of the city.

Very bad air everywhere inside this hotel, from parking lot, lobby, all the way to room coridor and inside rooms. All contain very heavy cigarette smokes. Even indoor cafe are allowed to smoke when there's a Non-Smoking sign there.

Not really a so called "family" hotel because it has a bar/disco, karaoke rooms, and spa with extras.
More an entertainment hotel so to speak.

Decent hotel for that price. The room was clean, ac was working nicely, bathroom also was clean. Just the inside of the shower head needs some cleaning so the water can flow freely. Kettle to make coffee and tea which are provided in the room. 2 bottled waters also provided inside. Bedsheets, pillows and blankets were all looked very clean.

Nice clean room, surprisingly affordable price via agoda. Great food for breakfast. The tv remote didn't work but the wifi was great
