It's a bit tricky to find the Queen Place restaurant, but it is worth it. (It's on the third floor, by the way.)
I had fried rice with seafood (small size) and it was good and more than enough - but the best part was talking to the owner, Fendy. He was happy to give me pointers on my order, then we chatted about sights worth checking out, in and outside of Jakarta.
I recommend this restaurant.
Bonus: the menu is a huge book, very unusual.

I held my birthday in here . I’m very happy. I get a private room can fit until 30ppl plus they have karaoke also . Nice place

Must try: Juan Lo - Cantonese Steamboat (we ordered mini - up to 8pax)
The seafood is fresh, but we didn’t get the pork ribs, out of stock. Perhaps it’s still Chinese New Year week ☺

Queen is a family chinese restaurant from Bandung, their speciality is hot pot and fried crab claw. It's a must try restaurant if you come to Jakarta
