The place need upgrade, old analog remote control while others switch to touch screen? Well the audio quality is good but the soundproofing need to be upgrade i still can hear my next room singing. A bit dissapointment while i was requesting for no smoking room the room still smell smokey. Plus side is they served alcohol if thats what u need.

I think it's really need improvement on the remote. Maybe using touch screen monitor to select the song?

Arogan Manager refuse to talk and hang up the phone twice. Front desk do not understand details we asked and keep saying needc to ask her Manager. We plan to book the VVIP room and buffet menu for company event but get really really bad experience. Should not open biz if can't give good service and information !!

Good place to sing, but sometimes you can find the controller is out of order, but ofc you can ask the workers to change it. The food wasn't special but okay. The toilet is not so clean but still bearable.

This is my favorite karaoke place. The price is affordable. I can find 99% of the songs I want, although some of them have no lyrics. The sound system is good (in most rooms). It takes some time to be familiar with the controller, and there is only one monitor (for small rooms, I don't know about the other rooms), so it is actually rather annoying when someone is searching for songs because the search list uses the very same monitor for the video.
There is Wi-Fi internet in each room. The BEST PART is you can download their mobile application from PlayStore and use it as controller by connecting to Wi-Fi of the respective room, so everyone can just search whatever songs they want anytime via the mobile app without disturbing the video screen.
The food..hmm..not that good in my opinion.

Looks like this place is not well-maintained now, and I have being feeling disappointed during my visits since these last few months.The cause is the control system. Yeah, I said that you can use the mobile app as controller by connecting to Wi-Fi of the respective room.. BUT, most of the rooms now have no Wi-Fi anymore (and I always got rooms with no Wi-Fi), which means the mobile app is useless! Added to the problem was that their manual controllers are so broken that what you pressed on the controller might cause undesired effects. I was typing song title, but it would pause the ongoing song, or stop it, or sometimes it opened unknown popup screen which I didn't know how to close it. It happened a looottt of times. It was frustating. I went in to have fun, but came out depressed.
Surprising thing was that the staff did not even know that the mobile app MUST connect to the Wi-Fi of your room. They thought that connecting to any Wi-Fi would do, which in fact won't work.

Conveniently located inside the Central Park Mall, it's hidden inside the Fun World area. The place can get quite smoky with people smoking inside and the sound system is quite awful. However, it has a nice selection of songs. The song navigator controls cana get a bit confusing as it is unintuitively designed.
