One of the better gyms in Jakarta. Equipment regularly cleaned and not too crowded during morning n noon.

However, most of the personal trainers are hopeless. They dont really coach or motivate you, mostly busy using their phones, talking to their friends or even doing their own exercise while their trainees are exercising. So, dont waste your hard earned money on the PT.

Usually went there at around 8 in the morning. It's not crowded during that time so you'll get the chance to use all the wide variety of equipments available. Classes are also available and the schedule could be checked online. The men's bathroom is large and more than enough during that time of day. You can also hire instructors for private training sessions here.

One of the best celfits Ive been to in Jakarta. The equipment for the most part is new and kept in good condition. Lots of space so it doesn't feel crowded even when there is a lot of people and the noise and music doesn't just become a mess of sound. Friendly staff. I don't go to classes but there seems to be a large and varied selection for those that do.

Two-faced customer service scammed the prices of both the entry package and the Personal Trainer Sessions. I am a foreigner who lives in Indonesia and I am not that fluent with Indonesian. When I went to visit for a trial I asked for a English speaking staff, Bunga, for better communication. She gave me promotions at 90% for the packages and personal trainers . At first I thought she was being generous, so I recommended my Indonesian friend to join and specifically speak to Bunga. After my friend came back what she told me shook me, she price was way lower than the deal I have. This discriminatory treatment towards nonnatives, especially non-Indonesian speakers is unacceptable and should not be tolerated!

Service and tools for exercise is recommended, however need to improve on the healthy protocol and avoid the prime hour because it will crowded
