The place was crowded on weekend, I can understand, but the service was really bad. I have come here several times but they didn't have improved. They missed my order multiple times and more than 1 staff member asked us similar questions over and over again. Waiters avoid eye contact with customers because they are busy.

One of my favorite All you can eat BBQ in town. Gyu-Kaku offers great quality of meats selection we can try and choose from. The taste, service, and ambience are worth the price. The place is nice and clean, they follow health protocol, too. They also offer a lot of side dishes and delicious dessert. the staffs are nice and fast! No need to wait for too long for our order to come. Love all of their dishes! especially their meat, kaarage, and pudding. Gyu-Kaku never dissapoints me and i hope they never will. Definitely will come back for delicious ayce.

Craving for Gyukaku's milk pudding!!

So we had ala carte menu here, spent around 350k and had:
1. Lamb
2. Gyukaku Wagyu Fried Rice
3. Karubi 80g
4. Gyukaku special white rice
5. Vanilla Ice Cream
6. Milk Pudding!

Thanks to the waitress named Riska who helped us on our dining experience.

I had a chance to ask the price of AYCE, as far as I can remember, they got an ultimate version this month and cost you around IDR 514.8k incl. tax. Upgrading the premium, the differences is lamb menu.

Note: the portion of meat on wagyu fried rice is much more than karubi lol. Better order wagyu fried rice than karubi if you choose ala carte.

The standard package is about Rp 266.000 nett / person. For you who tried Kantin Buffet, you guys should try this one. We don't have to get our own drink and snacks. They will serve you. Just sit and enjoy your meals.

sometimes they suggest some menu for us to tried.

i tried:
1. edamame , really fresh. They boiled it for about 10s i think.
2. Cabbage, with wijen and something like salty oil. the taste is unique.
3. spicy miso karubi, this one is the my favourite. With 2.5mm thickness i think. It is really nice.
4. Ice cream, this one is really nice and soft. The brown sugar is too sweet but i like the combination.
5. Chicken karage, without bones. This is awesome, you guys should try this.
6.miso soup, soooo smooth and warm. I like it.

Great place if youre starving ???? service can be a bit slow but taste is always on point! Place is clean, a bit dark but its okay. A bit too overpriced but will always come back.

Price quiet expensive for all carte. Bad service.. so long to take order from waiters. The foods not really good.
