Located in quite a prime area for business, lots of shops and food around, close to shopping malls, easy access and easy parking.
The building is a bit poorly maintained, could totally smell some old mold in their facilities such as gym, toilets, lobby, voyer, and even in the room. Though the premises is still quite clean!
The staff at the lobby was friendly and helpful.
Their rates are also very affordable.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the location is def a 5 star, the staffs are quite friendly and helpful as I got a few packages and food orders that were handled with care. Right next to the hotel there is a huge convinient store (Superindo) with ATM.????

This hotel got a small pool which is perfect for family with young children, AC works well, lightings are bright and well maintained, hair dryers provided in the bathroom also works well.
It was a nice stay for me, would choose this hotel again for my next stay.

It's an old hotel, very different than the pictures. The bedsheet was stained, carpet floor was old. Breakfast food could be improved. Nothing really special beside the big window with good city view.

Nice hotel for its level... a small pool is available also... location is not near on walking distance to any malls, you should transportation for that...

The hotel was okay, but could have been better. The rooms where in a mediocre state. The water was not getting away from the sink and the toilet was more or less useless if you use the traditional style of cleaning yourself.

The water smelled much of chloride.

The air conditioning was definitely too weak and the cooling function was not satisfying. Whenever you lay down and don't move an inch, it's fine, but when you stand up to get some water or doing something else, you instantly feel warm and hot again. At the reception, another guy was complaining about the air conditioning not working well, so not sure if this affects just a stage with all rooms or the whole unit itself.

A pity, the hotel could have done better and I'm not sure if it was worth the money. Not sure if I should recommend. Give it a try if you want but you have been warned.

Air conditioner sucks, Carpet SO DUSTY, saw a cockroach in the room, Service is bad always took so long to come. Really Not recommended, this is indeed an one star hotel

This hotel is NOT 4 star! More like 1 star. Worst service ever. No hand soap in bathroom to wash hands (even during Covid), extra charge for additional bath towels and cutlery to room. Breakfast was always finished even at 7am as well as limited to only local food. Not even eggs available or cereal for children. Electricity card was removed from room and personal foods in refrigerator spoiled because the staff turned off the power while we were out. Bad customer service all around.
