Part of my memories in the past. Back to 70s I worked here as a cleaning service staf. Among the few Plaza in town back then. Almost all good audio electronic equipments is available here. Also Saw a lot of Indonesian celebrities having weekend shoping here. Saw even some local movies took the shooting in the inner hall. It was back when Rhoma and Yati Octavia still among the movie stars. Soon left it as I had better chance to continue my study and reaching better future.

The best place if you looking for traditional chinese medicine. Easy located in Jakarta, almost everyone knows what's the purpose of Glodok for. Besides medicine, you can buy a lot of chinese type of snack and pork. The areas open everyday from 10AM until 5PM. After that, only food street you can find there. Careful for your wallet and belongings.

What I love about this place is the variety, just about any electronic device you can think of, you can find it here or the surrounding area, and they keep updating their stocks, sometimes you might even find things that are not sold anywhere else.

Quite packed, lots of electronics, the access is quite hard because how unlawfull the motorist are, especially when approaching intersection
