One of the best Fitness First in Jakarta, because they provide many treadmills and enormous fitness machine. They even renovated the entrance so it's cooler now! Moreover, they have indoor heated pool+whirlpool. Too bad the whirlpool never hot even if it's bubbly. Another downside: no fitness apparel provided like Fitness First Platinum

A very good, well maintained and spacious gym. It has a nice swimming pool, free workout area, a separate area for group classes. The place is clean and well maintained.

Big and Warm Pool!!! Nice English tea also. Not bad lahh ^^
(30July2022) no glass for drink, have to bring your own glass or thumbler to drink. But still nice ambience and still clean enough to exercise well. Music fine but TV are all local now ????????
Little sad actually. All of this because of covid, once all gone, will return to normal? I hope so. Happy exercise u0026 stay healthy???????? ????????

Easy access. Good hygiene, good equipment, nice atmosphere, very friendly staffs, especially Eka of Front Office, clean shower facilities, Sauna, steam room, good size pool.

Gym with pool at taman anggrek.. complete workout place with steam and sauna also.. nice one

The place and all is fine, but then suddenly they have bad management regarding cancellation memberships, not professional about their work, and I'm shocked that the people literally make excuses just to make you don't leave their establishment.

To make it worse, they never responded to your calls from the receptions desk or admin team (probably due to covid19, but that's understandable). They literally bad at replying emails with 3 months or more they could ignore our emails. Just to make sure, they will be proactive in signing you up for membership, if one day you want to cancel your membership this needed straighten out or by court if things get out of hand.

Facilities and everything is good, but their teamwork and men-management is poorly managed.
