Best value for money hotel I've ever stayed. Even better than p*p u0026 h*r**s chain. Big room, big bed, free mini bar. Complete amenities, just lack of sandal u0026 beverage sachet. But you got free snacks u0026 bottle beverages for free. The staffs are very attentive u0026 friendly. I sleep in twin beds 2 x 120 cm. It's enough for me, my husband u0026 my 15 yrs old son. Thumbs up for The Grantage Hotel.

Stayed for night and it was a pleasant experience! It's a charming stereotypical classic hotel with floral wallpapers, wood furnitures, and marble bathroom. I think it is worth the price because it included a free breakfast buffet for 2 people. The staff were friendly and responsive. 9/10 would go back again!

We escaped the house for a night because the water system was broke. The hotel looks ok, the room was ok, pretty spacious but not that modern. I dont like the bathroom, they put bathtub and shower in one place but the shower didnt work properly, the water presure was too small. The other were ok.

air conditioning in the room is broken, I feel hot, but I'm the one being laughed by the receptionist and they didn't apologise at all.. eventhough the Air conditioning has repaired, but I must wait the mechanic to repair the AC twice.. the first time around 5PM until 6:30PM, and the second around 8PM until 10PM.. I feel so tired that time.. Seriously you never check the AC in each room? the water heater u0026 the mug were so dirty, that they had thick white crusts and they weren't cleaned even though I complained... I even bought my own dish soap, and I washed all the utensils myself... the drawer where they kept the mug was very dirty. I can't access the Wifi at all for two nights.. The TV broadcasts, all the films have to pay for each one by yourself as a guest.. the Netflix must use your own accounts.. if we don't have one, we have to subscribe ourselves. For the live tv, the picture is very chaotic. The picture is so blurry that it hurts my eyes when I watch it. I had a 2 nights stay at this hotel. There is no friendliness and hospitality from the staff. Even when they serving, the tone of speech u0026 body gestures are like people are sleepy or look lazy.. I'm a big no if I have to stay at this hotel again, and also won't recommend this hotel to all my clients. I can't believe this is 4 stars rate Hotel..

Beyond our expectation... Fun-tastic to stay here. Though there is no pool, but its okay. It's a low budget hotel but the breakfast is superb.. Love it

Friendly and helpful staffs, quiet lobby, we stayed at room with bathtube, smart tv coud be connected to netflix, hbo etc, strategic location

Receptionist took a while to attend when checked-out and some furniture in room kinda dusty/stained. Everything else feels fine. Niice room and view, good food, etc
