air conditioning in the room is broken, I feel hot, but I'm the one being laughed by the receptionist and they didn't apologise at all.. eventhough the Air conditioning has repaired, but I must wait the mechanic to repair the AC twice.. the first time around 5PM until 6:30PM, and the second around 8PM until 10PM.. I feel so tired that time.. Seriously you never check the AC in each room? the water heater u0026 the mug were so dirty, that they had thick white crusts and they weren't cleaned even though I complained... I even bought my own dish soap, and I washed all the utensils myself... the drawer where they kept the mug was very dirty. I can't access the Wifi at all for two nights.. The TV broadcasts, all the films have to pay for each one by yourself as a guest.. the Netflix must use your own accounts.. if we don't have one, we have to subscribe ourselves. For the live tv, the picture is very chaotic. The picture is so blurry that it hurts my eyes when I watch it. I had a 2 nights stay at this hotel. There is no friendliness and hospitality from the staff. Even when they serving, the tone of speech u0026 body gestures are like people are sleepy or look lazy.. I'm a big no if I have to stay at this hotel again, and also won't recommend this hotel to all my clients. I can't believe this is 4 stars rate Hotel..
