I enjoyed staying here.

My room is clean. The bedsheet and pillowcases looks new.

The breakfast, lunch, dinner are great. They served various menu. Every day they have theme for their breakfast.

The staff is helpful.

Quite disappointed with this hotel for some reason. Maybe it's just me but just refer to my images.

Mini fridge not working and staff insisted I left my items to them to place it in the kitchen fridge as they had no other replenishment mini fridge ????????u200d♂️

Location was good as it was along the main road and mid point to malls and also golf club. But get them to give you the room NOT facing the road - it's a main artery road so be prepped for noise.

There is an Alfamini behind the hotel so that's the only place to buy Snacks and such.

There is Pagi Sore just 2mins walk so that's good.

I don't know, unlikely to come here again if you ask me.

Staffs are friendly, the service was nice, amenities are pretty good, and the breakfast menu has a wide range of options with pretty good taste

Plus poin : Nice Hotel to spend a Holidays with Family, Clean, helpful Staffs, good breakfast, nice swimming pool..????
Minus poin : bathroom sinkhole a little bit stuck, lots of hair, TV @ room 509 have a several bright dots made us uncomfotable to see the TV, hope they fix it soon..????

Nice room splendid service, love the breakfast collection, the rendang and nasi goreng balacan is my fav, also the oxtail rendang and spring roll is delicious. Very helpful staff, weekends a bit crowded, ample of parking, when it's full they open the parking lot on the side of the building. Location is close to basicly everywhere but still quite a distance for walking

Went for a meeting in the multifunction hall. Full serviced and the hotel staff were friendly. I left my cardigan after the meeting and they kept it and helped me with the delivery. Recommended for meetings ????

The food in the restaurant is also pretty decent so nice experience overall
