Stay here for business meeting. Bed, towel are fresh and comfy. My favourite is the rain shower, with nice pressure and temperature. Breakfast is also delicious. Gym only has 3 static cycles and 3 treadmills. Pools is outdoor, on top floor but with canopy. Overall, a very satisfaction experience.

Nice hotel right next to the convention centre, very convenient. We asked for non-smoking rooms but clearly got smoking rooms with no other better options. Not a lot of staff during the day so it’s pretty deserted most of the time. I guess most people go out to have meals.

great hotel with good service and tasty food. I experienced the swimming pool here too. but honestly I don't really like the pool just because I can't stand the coldness of the water. the swimming pool is not under direct sunlight so it makes the water is rather cold and personally I am not fond with that. but overall, the hotel is wonderful.

Room is clean and tidy. All staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is OK. Overall, we really enjoy our stay at Santika Premier ICE BSD. Next time we wlll come again.

If you look for a quiet and tranquil place to stay for a peace of mind, this is it. Friendly staff, nice ambience, comfortable and spacious room. Food still have plenty of room for improvement, but Aeion Mall is within 15-minute walk.

Actually the room was quite good, even though the bed is too soft for me. Parking lot is spacious, and their restaurant open for 24 hours.

For a Santika Premiere, some services was disappointed for me. First they advertised about beverages on the in-room TV. You have matcha strawberries which was looked so good. But when I ordered it, they said they are currently don't have any strawberries. So I ordered other beverages which was Shirley Temple, which when came to may table, had strawberries in it... I ordered fried tofu, they don't have it. Like how difficult is it to have tofu in Indonesia????
Their breakfast was definitely a disappointment, nothing were tasty, and somethings are not ready. Their cutleries didn't even match which each other. They even gave me paper cup for my juice...
Your pool is too small for a hotel like Santika Premiere.

Only visit to meet friend just before automotive event. So spacious and clean. Good coffee.
