There were RATS munching my previously sealed food on 3 consecutive days in my room within my first 5 days there. Location might be on top of a convenience store but it isn't really close to malls/business centers (+/- 40 mins walk). Doesn't recommend.

First, please add bathroom lock from INSIDE AND OUT, I'm not comfortable with bathroom's door open all the time. Second, the place is not very clean. Third, the place is too noisy, the walls are thin, it's just like "kos-kos an". That was the cons part. The good parts are, the place near aeon and ice, fortunately I had event at ICE bsd, so this place was a good place to stay at night. The price was okay considering the condition I mentioned above. It is located above Alfa mini market, so you can buy any snacks there. That's it from me.. please consider me being nice to give you an okay points.

Bathroom lock is using some kind of old tooth brush, double bed room is very small, dusty room, not only on the wash basin but also on cabinet, bed, literally everywhere.

The water quality is bad.

everything, the bed stinks, the toilet placement, the sanitary, the service, I wondered why the ratings didnt drop to 2 or 1

The only positive rate at this place is the wifi work very well .. Well you get what you paid for..
