Where else you have to wait with a cup of coffee full of caffeine. This will be one of the Starbucks’ coffee shop you can find at terminal 3 domestic airport (Soekarno-Hatta IA). This one will be most accessible for those who departed from gate 19-28. The store placed between gate 20-21-22.
The place was clean and convenient while waiting for departure. The lightings was natural, thanks to the big wind shield of the airport. The staff are nice and helpful
The air conditioner of this place was controlled by the main building

I am very upset with the staff , Yogi, who took my order. He sneakily took Rp 100000 from me during the exchange of cash stating that I only gave him Rp 50000 for an order of Rp 120000. I was quite sure I gave him Rp 150000 but because of language barrier, I was not able to state the fact. Then, he also took my order incorrectly. I wasn't happy at all with starting my day this way, especially I know this kind of cash changing trick some cashier's use. I do hope that this branch review their cc tv at 830 am on 6/23 and hire better staffs as it is not only the image of Starbucks he spoils, he also spoils the image of Indonesian people.

This is my regular spot before early morning boarding. I flew once every fortnight fot the last 4 months.
But today I'm a bit dissappointed cause the girl behind the counter said it opens at 06:00am. As a regular morning customer at this store, I know the store start taking order at 05:30am. Anyway, I still got my Americano and sandwich but I had to run to the gate.

Good and convenient to wait before your flight
There is electricity, free wifi and covid measures in place
Good service

Pit stop to wait for your flight or to relax and recharge, pricey compare to other Starbucks, quick serving coffee machines available, spacious , WiFi connections acceptable, located at Gate #5 nearby security check.

Located right in front of the gate where I was supposed to wait before boarding, so it was very convenient for me to wait here. I had Signature Chocolate as usual and this time I got it for free, I am one of CC holders that they are affiliated with - thanks. The staff are very quick and attentive as well.
