Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Benjamin taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Highly recommended.

It's 9.30 p.m. when we registered in this hospital.
So far the security in the emergency area is nice and helpful.
Just the nurse, most of them are unfriendly.
When we asked, most of the nurses face soo..... Unpleasant.
We requested Dr. Yudianti as the doctor for my mom, but..... Yet, until this afternoon, no sign of this doctor.
I asked the nurse at the nurse station, and the answer just..... "Wait and patient" the common answer, with the nurse sorrow face ????
So..... We cannot asked about my mom update condition.

No info about anything.
So dissapointed. ????

The services are overall great, with good facilities and qualified doctors and nurses. They give great options for inpatient meals too.
