Always blown away when coming here, Hospital with a hotel like look. Your eyes will be delighted with the elegant interior decoration (the beautifully chiming piano in the hotel lobby? wow!) while the service is top notch with friendly staff ready to assist you. There is also a restaurant that serves Japanese, Western and local cuisine.

We have visited several times starting from general poly, neurology, skin and finally children's poly, and it is proven that the services provided are always consistent in quality and quality. Keep up the excellent service! ????????

I popped for a covid test for my kid ... then hung around for a couple of drinks. The place is like a 5 star hotel. If the customer service I experienced for such a minor thing translates to the care you get as a real patient, it must be stunning.

They have children clinic with toys to play. It really helps to entertain children when go to doctor.

I can see cafe near the waiting room. And there are some restaurants too in this hospital.

The staffs are friendly. The nurse and doctor are friendly and informative. The waiting room is cozy... ????

And the most I like is they arrange the cashier and pharmacy together, so we don't have to wait twice. It's really save our time. Thank you. Love it. ????

Great hospital with great hospitality! Superb ambience, trully like their tagline 'A Hospital like no other'.
Thank to Ms. Maria CSO for the warm welcome during my first visit. Also great service from Medical Rehabilitation team: dr. Andre, Sp.KFR and Ms. Frilly Physiotherapist who treat my back injury.

Fabolous hospital in town. Feels like im in a shopping mall not in a hospital. Hahaha

Its very easy to find this hospital. And it has direct exit toll from karteng. Nice

Firstly touch down here for covid c
Vaccine. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Nice.
The flow of the vaccine are properly ordered. Good job mandaya.

Their system is cluster. So every floor has their own cluster doctor.

And it has delicious coffee. Will be back again for the coffee. Haha.

The disadvantage is the parking lot. Should could be better for the parking design. Hmmm

Visiting Mandaya Royal Hospital Puri today to got a thorax scan.

Cons :
√. The initial flow is you are gonna be going to the "Welcome Center" to meet the front liner, GP, and cashier. The doctor in "Welcome Center" is very kind, informative, and patient to give you a piece of information about your need.
√. The promo is nice. They offer a 5% discount promo for payment with BCA Debit when I visited today.
√. The hospitality of every staff is remarkable.
√. The building is brand new because they just open a few months ago.
√. And they have a lot of specific medical services!

Cons :
• The parking lot for motorcycle is kinda confusing and need further set for better convenience.

Recommended medical service in the Green Lake City area!

I came here for a check and I stay overnight. I can say that service it's fantastic and the room where I slept it's so comfortable; it looks not to be at the hospital but in the hotel.
Food are 5 meals a day and it's very good.
Nurses and doctors are very friendly and kind
I want to say thanks to Imirildo that help me a lot to organize all my checks. I would like to suggest to others peoples this hospital.
