Hosting attitude to be improved much.
No reception on duty.
Guests spent much time to reach the venue, but only 5 minutes session of response is not equally worthwhile.
Recruiter is typically a start up company style, "Hari ini laris manis, besok ganti Nama/tutup"!

Pros: Casual workplace, experienced some of best memories in life, could speak with superiors on the eye level.

Cons: There's no certainty in terms of employment, company policy, and the business. The ever-changing rules and unfair salary structure got everyone fed up and forced them to choose to leave eventually. In the end, the big turnover caused setbacks in productivity and work cycle.

Still, i have fond memories about the place. Met some nice friends and mentors here.
