Clean and tidy, close to the airport, but
the walls of the room are not soundproof. Wall construction made of GRC board. Loud noise from outside came into the room

Friendly service, cheap price, free shuttle car to airport Soekatno Hatta, nice breakfast.
There's a bible in every room for morning/night devotion.
Things to improve :
1. Room key in card form
2. Cleaner bathroom
3. Make an electrical current outlet near the bed (currently still too far so cannot use HP on bed while charging)

I can easily say this is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in the world. This is an airport hotel but it takes half an hour to airport by car. The hotel is half an hour far to Tangerang city and 1,5 hour far to Jakarta by taxi. The rooms are big but smell bad, look clean but its not. There is no safe box, no fringe inside the room. The towels are very dirty and smell bad. The bathroom is very small, flushing doesnt work and there is not even touilet papper. WiFi is very bad, you have to go and find a WiFi spot and stay under it if you want to go online. The town is also bad we were afraid to go out alone, we called a grab taxi to take us. Breakfast is very bad, only white rice with two little chicken but the taste was also bad, chicken was too salty. Whatelse, i was naked in the room and somehow i forgot to lock the door and they tried to enter the room without knocking the door, well i screamed and they run away. The only good thing about this hotel is that they pick you and leave you to airport for free but i would rather stay at airport one night instead of this hotel. The price is not cheap also. We stayed cheaper in Bali in a very better hotel. The staff is nice but their English is poor. Young aged people work here. They also have a canteen but better stay away.

The room was ok, but there was no toilet paper (only a bidet hose) and the staff were late to pick me up from the airport. The fitness center was a bit boring too, with only three pieces of equipment. But the room was clean and the breakfast was simple, but nice. There is also a nice garden as well.

Modern hotel if a bit tucked away... a hidden gem. Good job the taxi driver could find it. Airco in public spaces would be nice as would non Indonesian tv channels. Free wifi should be standard but wasn't. Would I go again... yes... hopefully the amenities would be better by now.
