This is an absolute 0 stars experience. We booked in advance and had a booking confirmation. We still called in the morning to vocally confirm this booking. We asked a friend who arrived in the afternoon to tell them we would be arriving late and to keep our booking. Yet , despite all this babysitting, they still managed to give our room to someone else. All places around booked out, we had to drive all the way back to Bukit at midnight, 2h drive. Stupidity level is at maximum, I have no word.
