Our flight was Late and Bali Immigration took 2 hours. Consequently our booked driver was no where to be found! After we messaged him he replied that he went home as he couldn’t find us. How hard is it to check with the airport on arrivals? We ended up using Bluebird Taxi which gave excellent service.

In the morning we were told in the car that we had to pay extra for all entrance fees and costs incurred at the stops. For snorkeling, for example, that would have been an additional approx. 15 euros per person. The additional costs were so high that we had to choose other stops, which then cost a little less, but we still had to pay for them. An absolute cheek! Booking a "tour" assumes that the price of each activity is included.
The driver was very nice. Since the tour provider is rated here, 1 star is more than enough.

Wir haben über Gusti Bali Tours eine Tour mit fünf vorgeschlagenen Stopps gebucht und vorher einen Preis festgelegt. Am Morgen wurde uns dann im Auto mitgeteilt, dass wir sämtliche Eintritte bzw. anfallende Kosten bei den Stopps extra zahlen müssen. Für das Schnorcheln wären das z.B. zusätzliche ca. 15 Euro pro Person gewesen. Die zusätzlichen Kosten waren so hoch, dass wir nochmal andere Stopps auswählen mussten, die dann etwas weniger kosteten, aber trotzdem von uns bezahlt werden mussten. Eine absolute Frechheit! Wenn man eine "Tour" bucht, geht man davon aus, dass der Preis für die einzelnen Aktivitäten enthalten ist.
Der Fahrer war sehr nett. Da hier der Tour-Anbieter bewertet wird, ist 1 Stern mehr als genug.
