The property is really amazing the villa which we got MITIK is superb the staff was really cooperative and really good and the bathroom stinks a bit but I guess in this price you don't really have to spend much time in the bathroom right. The pool gets dirty every day because of insects but when the staff is there then they clean this up on every order. So overall the experience was really good I was there for a week and never disappointed at all.
I highly recommend this property for a great villa experience.

I was quite convinced to book this one bedroom with pool, bc the review was 8.5 on average. But when I arrived, the room wasn't ready, the pool was dirty and full of leaves (I asked the staff to clean it up first), the kitchen was so dark, the bedroom and bathroom was stinks, it's not only mold stinks but also the sewer. Me and my partner didn't even sleep, beside the smell, the dog that they own won't stop barking until early morning. Really disappointed.

I stayed in one villa of the Villa Puspa for 10 days in October 2021. Although the location is somewhat removed from retail centers, the region is tranquil, making it ideal for leisure. The adjacent Fat Hog Bali restaurant is fantastic. Amazing are Kedunggu Beach and "The Beach Love."
The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful. Although there were some problems with the TV, Wi-Fi, and cleanliness, these had mostly been resolved.
I only retain pleasant memories...

I booked from Agoda, i had paid and gave notes for late check in arrount 5 o'clock, but when we arrive there is no one there (the guard/worker isnt there). And the most terrible is there is no room available.

Dirty, smelly bathroom and toilet. They didnt want to give us money back. Very bad experience. Never ever book this !!!

No wifi and no TV. Dusty furnitures inside the bathroom and kitchen area. When I arrived to check in, the staff asked me to wait, it seems that they clean the floor in a rush, I arrived almost 4PM. I asked how many rooms occupied, he said only one (not including mine). So.....

I got “Soka” and the wifi couldn’t reach my place. When I asked about the TV, the staff said they no longer subscribe TV cable and he said he’s a new staff so he knows nothing. Well.

Thankfully I can still enjoy the private pool and no trouble with the aircon inside the room.

But they definitely have to step up their cleanliness level. I totally understand that during pandemic, it would be difficult to maintain cost. But cleaning furnitures using a broom and a mop didn’t hurt that much, I guess. And the lamp outside “Soka” was broken.

I’ll let the photos speaks by itself. Hopefully next year everything will be better.

Please read carefully before booking!

Booked here for 8 nights, left after just one. Main issue was that the place was dirty, outdated u0026 absolutely stinks. Photos shown on booking sites are not up to date.

Starting from the kitchen, glasses and plates were broken. Refrigerator was gross and not cleaned at all. Dead insects and leftover pieces of other peoples fruit/vegetables, it seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Food-menu’s for room service were sticky and dirty.

Moving on to the bathroom, which smelled absolutely horrible. Corners weren’t cleaned, dust u0026 dead insects were found by arrival. Toilet won’t even flush properly and wasn’t cleaned (can tell by the yellow stains on the toilet seat). The ceiling of the bathroom was covered with mold as you can see in the pictures. The same goes for the shower head.

The bedroom had a very good functioning airconditioning which was one of the few positive notes about this so-called villa. Half of the lamps were broken and also in the bedroom there was mold.

The villa is located in a very quiet area, close to the beach which is good. But don’t expect to find something else within a short walking distance.

It’s a shame because this villa has some good potential but the staff doesn’t seems to care about maintaining the property. When we left they weren’t bothered and didn’t seem to care.

I tried to place this review also on the booking website but the owner cancelled our reservation after we left so I couldn’t leave a review.
