For the price I paid, this hotel was great value for money. It is actually small houses with a carport along a road rather than a usual hotel building. Kitchen, dining table, and sofa in separate living area. The breakfast is excellent and hearty, three dishes and coffee, and you can schedule it to be brought to your room. It’s clear the staff are taking into account the reviews posted here as they explain things regarding the locked rooms and seem to make a big effort to have everything clean. Sadly however the rooms stink of damp and there is visible mold, and I encountered the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen in Bali. If they renovate the place properly, it will be great for an extended stay.

This is my second stay at CLV. We stayed at the 3-bedroom villa, just like last time. The villa is clean, the staff is great, and we love the lake view seen from the second floor balcony.

The toilet in one of the bedrooms is small so we have to maneuver when we take a shower or use the toilet. Luckily the hot water runs well as it can gets quite cold in mornings and evenings

Breakfast is quite good, room-service is served hot and in reasonable price

No WiFi!
2 days stay and constant WiFi issues. Takes 20 minutes to log in, then the connection disappears for 20mins, then won’t let more than two connections join. Having to call the guy to resolve connection issues. Just a nightmare! Please don’t advertise WiFi when you can’t get a connection to every single room you sell!!!!

Bedside Lamps
Broken. Why leave them there if they don’t work????

Bathroom
Large cockroach and towels need replacing.
Please ensure all gaps on the walls are filled in so cockroaches don’t walk about! Towels are gross! Nobody can share a towel that has been used by thousands of people! Please replace them it’s disgusting!

It’s cold and damp. Hairdryer blows cold air. Freezing!

Rest of the place is to an okay standard but those things have let it down greatly! People are friendly yes but I regretted staying here!

Service is good, people are kind and friendly here. Everyone is very nice.

I pick this hotel randomly in traveloka, when i get there the lobby look fresh, but the room looks old. But it is amazingly comfortable, the villa feels like "BTN" but in my opinion that is their selling point. Some of the unit still in renovation but its okay.
Ah the plus point is the restaurant, they have buffe for breakfast with astonishing view to bratan lake.
Will comeback there for sure ????

Thanks to the staff Gita and Monica they are verry nice staff always they asking if you need something.
I would give a 5 stars but the wifi internet is not working. Normally i would give a 3 stars but i am didn't give because of the staff which is super great!!!
