The Hospital is clean enough. Although the service from some of administrative staff wasn't that nice, it is quite understandable because there are a lot of patient came here. The staff must be exhausted. But all in all, all the staff, security, nurse are extremely helpfull and informative. Salute!
But I was dissapointed and angry to one of doctor, name Dr. Radot Oktora Tua Pasaribu. I was once made a mistake by booked Poli Gestri, while I supposed to make appointment to Poli Dalam Gastroenterohepatologi (i have missunderstanding because this is my first time booking via Moewardi e-patient app). When I talk to Dr. Radot about the my father conditions, he was yelling at me and my father, also the staff because he found that I made the wrong appointment. Literally yelling! There are a lot of many ways to inform the patient and family about the system, i dont know why he choose to shout with such a high tone to a sick patient and family. He made no eye contact with me and my father. Only yelling and complaining.
It is quite shocking, and I thought it was such a lack of manner for a doctor to do that stuffs in front of patient. Even if the patient made a mistake (small mistake I guess). I have NO respect for his attitude as doctor
I hope Moewardi's management pay attention to this kind of situation. Thanks! ????
