Tempatnya strategis, masuk gang kecil tapi gak jauh, gangnya masih bisa pake mobil cuma ngepas banget, kalau ojol mobil gak mau sampe masuk tapi kalau bawa mobil pribadi, ada parkirannya di dalam. Air panas berfungsi dengan baik, toilet bersih, kamar bersih, sprei ada noda2, selimut aman. Kasurnya juga empuk nyaman. Alat mandi gak ada, cuma handuk aja. Nginep beberapa hari disini, minta kamar dibersihin tapi gak dibersihin juga katanya diutamain yang nginap bulanan, jadi aku pinjam sapu mereka dan bebersih sendiri di kamar. Minta ganti handuk juga gak ada katanya masih dicuci, daripada ribet jadi dahlah terima2 aja.

Gedungnya ada dua, gedung lama dan baru. Sebenarnya ini kost eksklusif tapi dibuat penginapan harian juga. Yang gedung lama itu nyaman, ada kulkas bersama juga, air minum ambil cuma2 di galon. Trus ada lemari juga buat simpen barang2, ada meja kursi. Cuma yang gedung baru, jendelanya gak ada korden, jadi terbuka gitu aja, emang sih di lantai 3 tapi tetep aja risih karena gak ada penutup dan ada bangunan2 yang juga tinggi di sekitar situ jadi gak nyaman aja karena gak ada korden trus silau banget cahaya dari luar kalau siang jadi cukup mengganggu kenyamanan istirahat. Yang gedung baru gak ada lemari, cuma ada meja kursi aja.

Oh ya, depositnya juga lumayan gede, 200 ribu, emang sih pasti dibalikin kalau gak ada barang hilang atau rusak di kamar, tapi berasa juga ygy kalau 200 ribu buat deposit aja.

Overall lumayan sih ya untuk harga 100an, cuma ya itu tadi, tolong kasih korden dong, biar makin nyaman beristirahat. Thankyou????
