I went here because it was recommended as one of Jokowi's favorite restaurants - I saw them in an article once (I was just assuming they're telling the truth, and didn't double check).
The food was okay. It was... Bland? Everything tastes the same. Whether you add tofu, chicken, or some satay, they will all have the same broth / basic sauce.
However, they're really homey. The food was a good break from all that modern junk food I ate.

Warm and Cozy place, I can feel the sensation of eating the traditional and original "Nasi Liwet". The food tastes good and the price is likely pocket friendly. It's a must-have food to me.

Delicious food...
Nasi liwet is one of our family members favourite dish...
And this place is one of the best nasi liwet in solo city.
Will come back for our next visit.
