Location is great. Security and staff are super friendly. Bathroom was dirty. Sheets had stains. Room was super dark. I booked this hotel due to the praises in Traveloka and them winning an award. Hopefully they could improve the cleanliness and the room's lighting so the stay would be much more enjoyable ????
