First impression is the excellent service
The waitress very responsive
They know what you need before you ask it
Their Suki soup is so delicious
They have beef soup, chicken soup, and Tom yam soup.
Their premium Suki beef is so yummy and tender
Their price a little bit expensive but I think it's fair enough
Since you get great quality of service and food

Nice, delicious and cozy Japanese restaurant, located inside Surabaya town square plaza. Favourite place for hangout because not to crowded. So many various restaurant and entertainment. If you go to Surabaya please visit here.

In the main concourse on the ground floor of Sutos. Food was delicious and the service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended. The selection of ingredients for the hot pot is great, with a wide variety of vegetarian and meat choices. The food was not too spicy and the soup was very tasty. I do think it's a bit on the expensive side, but then there was such a lot to choose from that we ended up with quite a large number of ingredients, but the plates with ingredients are small. I guess it could be reasonable for 2 people though still a bit on the expensive side.

We rented a VIP room because we expected privacy and quiet ambience for a meeting. But the people next door were no noisy with the karaoke. What supposed to be a private room was not private at all. The food was nice though.
