Unfortunately I was expecting better food. If you really want to try American cousine in Indinesia you can try. Place is quite expensive comparing what they offer. Probably due to covid and no tourist restaurant works with less staff and less option to eat.

Tried the tenderloin and rib eye, cooked med welldone, it's very good. The moment u try to cut the steak, the juice is just oozing out of the meat ????; The tenderloin is thick and tender and has lots of spices and herbs, the moment u bite, u can taste them immediately.
Price wise, expensive, but worth it.
On slight note, their mango peach drink is actually also good ????

Been there twice and still amazed on how good the steak is despite the affordable price.
I ordered hokubee tenderloin, medium rare, with mashed potato, mushroom and buddy sauces.
The tenderloin itself was cooked exactly as i requested, with perfect sear marks on the outside. It was very tender and juicy, and more importantly, not over-spiced (unlike the other chain with similar name).
The home made sauces were great too, but seems like they dont serve sauteed spinach anymore.

PS: They have promotions from Monday to Thursday for Hokubee beef selections.

Bought 200 grams of their delicious signature wagyu. Looks small but make my tummy full.
