Room was clean and tidy, a little bit old fashioned with some broken part (door handle to the toilet was broken and the screw fell off, luckly i was able to see it, if not bye bye foot). Breakfast were dull, there is nothing special, staff are friendly, but the water heater pot are dirty, like really dirty on the inside. Overall it was okay for a budget hotel but could be better.

Clean bedroom. The location of swimming pool is outside of the hotel. It is public pool. There is hokky supermarket in front of the hotel

Perfect place for big family like ours. You can go to the outdoor cafe, shop at Hokky supermarket, and cook your own meal. They provide stoves, pan, wok and eating utensils.

I give one star, not because the hotel's staff, but for the pool staf, i forgot not noticed the woman staff's name, but so poor, in every hotels, the pool is one of item to searched ..that's an advantage for the hotel service, and usually using freely for hotel's guest, but in this hotel, if we have guest for example our children to swim there we must pay again for every person, that is ridiculouse, is not like when we check in other hotel which is so free to swim in the hotel's pool for every guest we have, i hope whiz prime hotel can improve service for hotel guest especially for the pool, i think i wont check in again in this hotel forever

Love the neighberhood lot of trees

Room was clean and it was huge but i killed 2 centipedes... ???? there..

Price was worth, i think.. even i can get more fr that price

One of the more affordable hotel at west surabaya.

The hotel needs some renovation, but still linda clean.

The room is quite large and spacious.

The TV is watchable, bet is firm.

One of the more annoying issue is that there is no telkomsel signal inside the hotel. So I was forced to use wifi for any kind of communication.

Room was okay and tidy.. bedsheet is clean and fresh.. but the breakfast was rather dull.. next trip maybe i will book the hotel without the breakfast
