On 23rd July, I was having an excruciating pain on my lower back because I just lifted my dog at the shopping mall (stoopid me). Suddenly I couldn’t walk and sit. I couldn’t bear the pain. Then I immediately rushed to the ER. After 3 hours of care, I can finally walk home.

It’s been a week since then, now I can walk, sit, even exercise without pain at all.

A good hospital in term of services, the staff are helpfull, polite and nice, the building is clean, tidy, organised and well maintained. The doctors are good. The price for medical services here is middle to high. The parking lot is sometimes full of cars in the morning and in the afternoon. Overall, it's a good hospital.

This hospital has good facilities both medical and non medical. In medical matters, it has a specialist doctor's practice, laboratory, pharmacy as well as a place of stay and surgery.
While other things, it has a large parking space, vallet service, canteen and snack shop for families of patients who might need it. The atmosphete is excellent, clean, bright and spacious.

This is the first RSMK in surabaya area and I went to this hospital since 2007 with satisfactory service as always. My wife were also delivery both of our baby in this hospital with a great pleasure. During weekday mostly crowded but some hour are less. Please expect limited outpatient room availability and parking area when you plan to go.

All 3 stars for the doctors should’ve been 5 they are very informative and nice, except that the nurse are quiet the opposite, having family members being admitted to the hospital already giving us a hard time, if the nurse can’t be nice, being helpful and informative should be the bare minimum, tho i believe not all of them are the same, maybe we were just unlucky to met with few of them

I came there for my routine check up with a cardiologist this morning. They work out things efficiently though they are not cheap. It is a good hospital with good facilities too.
