Bad service! The cashier named Irfa lost my Mom health card and she doesn't even look sorry, she even accused my Mom had taken the card. One day after, they found the card but she refused to send it by gojek even it's her fault, so I have to come there to get it, at least shows some responsibility and sorry!

Ohh and the parking space is horrible

I hope the marketing Mr. Aris and team work more efficiently, especially handling administration (more accurate send infomation needed by insurance)

Located at Jl. Undaan Surabaya, we can go here start in the morning and they also have service until night. We can choose standard and VIP services, with litlle bit expensive but we get the priority, each location also different. However, all doctor give same medical services for patients. The location is big and clean. Staff also nice. The parking area is not too big but still exceptable. There are also place for opname if doctor suggest to stay at hospital.
