First timer here and Im not local. Had lunch around 11am weekdays during fasting period. Plenty of staffs, they are quite hands on and responsive. Great taste and portion. Rp.25k for thia soto could be a great pricing for big city like Surabaya, however from a smaller this could be quite pricy. Overall recomended!

Although it is located in narrow and densely populated residency, the place is clean with AC. The taste of soto Ambengan is very delicious. Worth 5 stars!

The best soto ever.....very tasty...so yummy,but a bit pricy though,but it worth a visit...very delicious, highly recommended????????????

They have outlets in Jakarta but i would still prefer here. It gives off diff vibe. There is still magazines seller (cant remember the last time someone offer me to buy magazines while i am eating). They keep this place clean and comfy, something other old eating places fail to do. Taste is undoubtable. Lots and lots of new soto house and modern cafe but this place is still crowded. That explains!

After so many years passing by, finally got a chance to stop by having lunch here again. The legend soto ayam tastes u0026 looks the same. 2 portion of soto poured in one bowl plus eggs plus the krupuk. Not so crowded as decades ago. Maybe due to Covid. So nikmat....

The magazine seller was still inside. Maybe not too many people buying it now due to media socmed u0026 hitech. I managed to buy one just for the sake of nostalgic era. Some other guests bought it too.

Legendary Soto Lamongan restaurant, I've been here since i can remember but the taste never change. Very recommended place to spent with family, the price is affordable as well. So you can give it a try
