Guy at the reception was really nice and helpful!
Room was perfect, the king size bed is truly huge. Nice shower and wifi was OK.
I was supposed to spend only one night, but had to come back to Surabaya and spent two more nights there. Great location if you have a train to catch (10-15 minutes walk to the station).

If you are looking for a clean room and not smelly bed and clean sheets please strongly consider NOT to stay in this IDR 350K per night hotel rate.
In the room I selected I can easily find pubical hair and or hair of the hotel guests stayed before me.
I do not feel comfortable at all staying in this hotel.
I expect hotel management will seriously take necesary action on this issue.

Well.. it’s at the center of the city. I stayed there several weeks ago, and i got unpleasant experience. The room that i got was dirty. So many spider webs, even on the pillow! Seemed like that room hasn’t been used for a quite long time. Also the room smelled really bad. And the channel on the tv were not complete, called the reception but we waited for a long time for the technician to come but no one come! Actually this was the second bad experience i had at this hotel. At that time i got a room on the corner, smelled really bad and there was puddle! Good thing was they moved us to a better room. But the last time they just cleaned the bed. Really disappointed. I will never ever come back again.

I had few bad experience with this hotel but the rest of them are quite good first of all I asked whether I can pay to join the breakfast, they went to back and never came back. Second they never checked the water heater, mine has a dirty stain and also full of ants so I decided to never use them. Lastly I asked them whether I can store food in their fridge cuz there were no fridge and they said they will call me back soon, and of course until I checked out they never did. The "win" hotel need to improve their customer service before they can call themself a win

Nice hotel located in the center of Surabaya. There is a room for improvement specially in bathroom and towel cleanliness. The towel provided in the room smelled bad. After change requested, new towel delivered in was ok.

No smoking room, but you can smell the smoke on your room. The room, food and facilities is not recomended for hotel with 3 stars. If you want a cheaper than others, this hotel fully recomended for you. For the reason, this hotel is in center of point.

A friend and I stayed in the hotel for one night.
Plus: It is within short walking distance to Plaza Surabaya and Grand City Mall. Tunjungan Plaza is 5-10 minutes away depending on the traffic.
The room is clean, pretty spacious (I have stayed in smaller twin room..so small that I could barely navigate around the room) and smells good. There are mineral water bottles, water heater, coffee and tea in the room and water dispenser outside the room (guest can take some water anytime they like).
Minus:
There was only a pair of slippers inside the room.
Fried noodles and ayam rica might be a little bit too much for breakfast. Egg would be an awesome breakfast menu.
Limited parking space.

Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for budget hotel close to the city center or Gubeng Train Station
