I wished I heeded the advice of other reviewers.

Wanted to give it 3 stars but decided one of the reasons wasn't really their fault.

Place is clean, but due to it being non air-conditioned and having doors and windows opened, your eating experience will be plagued with flies either trying to sample your food or sampling your blood. Didn't dock a star as much as I wanted to for this, but you could just order takeaway / takeout and avoid this problem altogether.

The reason why I docked the star was due to perceived value. Portion size was tiny despite me ordering 2 proteins (duck and eel) and paying approximately 60,000 IDR. Food was nice though.

Superb! Always order belut elek, not too dry. With spicy sambal. Or you can order the not too spicy one. The fried garlic "topping" was the star. One of my must eat food in this city.

Crunchy fried eel. Good place for anyone who love to ear fried eel. The price is a bit overpriced. The place is cozy, the parking lot is spacious, there is just 1 toilet. The service is quite fast.

The best fried eel or belut goreng in town. Their sambal is sooo goood like you wanted to lick it from your finger everytime you eat it and you still wanted more and more. Its always not enough one portion for me because its sooo goood. Best if you come here at lunch, though it will get crowded sometimes.

Have a good taste.. but Too pricey for fried eel with sambal, maybe because of its reputation, the place is pretty cozy like other depot emperan, this place have two floor
