Not bad, they're doing the PPKM just alright with provided hand sanitizer and social distanced benches. Staffs are friendly and communicative. The drinks are alright maybe too sweet for my taste but it still has the coffee taste. Good place, it's calm and quiet for hanging out and chilling.

Comfort place for chillin' or meeting, great wifi connection and nice staff. Some says their products are expensives but relatively affordable with the quality, services, and wifi speed connection though.

Compare to some other Starbucks' shops I have ever visited, this shop is the best one. It has been just renovated with convivial ambience. The best time to visit it is in the morning as during that time the place isn't really crowded. Therefore, we can still have a me-time before the day begins.

outdoor is a nice place for smoking, wifi a bit slow. i have to use my own data service, not recommend if you are on conference call

It's just like when you've got some coffee that's too black, which means it's too strong. What do you do? You integrate it with cream, you make it weak. But if you pour too much cream in it, you won't even know you ever had coffee. It used to be hot, it becomes cool. It used to be strong, it becomes weak. It used to wake you up, now it puts you to sleep.

Not bad. The Wi-Fi is not really working too well. But, the same bandwidth for so many people and some are watching movies, what can you complain?

Standardized services and people are nice. Recommended!

warm, wider than any other sbuck store in surabaya, and i always love their view straight to the busy main street

got misdirection to genki sushi at the first time i came here because they located inside Sogo first floor similiar to one of their store on Sogo Tunjungan Plaza
