Good food, okay portion, reasonable price. Here for brunch, the place was not crowded at all when we arrived. Service was good, the waiters were very helpful. Will come back ????

The mixed BBQ Pork is amazing! Exceptional service and food. The air conditioned terrace is a plus in a hot city such as Surabaya. Will try the new outlet in Jakarta.

one of the Chinese restaurants in Pakuwon Mall Surabaya (non-halal).. the food and presentation is good, the price is also appropriate..

one of the menus that I ordered was Nasi Ipoh, it looks simple but tastes good and spicy...

then I also ordered one of the ice creams, it tasted pretty good too..

Find this resto when walk at pakuwon mall and i try it...its so good.....
Hopefully they can open a bracnch at bandung or jakarta.....

My first time trying Nam Heong was at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was my 2nd try in Surabaya, but this time I bought my entire family! Everyone loved the food, everything we ordered was exceptional! The highlight was the claypot rice, laksa u0026 mochi dessert! Plus order the milk tea, it’ll take u back to Malay.

Delicious taste but you need order it as soon as possible they opened because it will be crowded and also slow service

Food is so so not good not bad.
But the service is very slow.
Their service unique, because u can scan barcode and order from that.

I ordered 3 kind of food
Dim Sum: Salted Egg Buns u0026 Radish Cake
The Main Food: Egg Noodle with Wonton u0026 Pork u0026u0026 Taiwanese Beef Noodle.
Desserts: Affogato u0026 Es Cendol.

I ate, so so, not good not bad.
The food is so good creations.
Nice apperance but not the taste of food.

The service, when im go when covid-19 pandemic at April 18th, 2020,, when you want come to the restaurant u must clean yourhand with hand sanitizer from frontdesk.

And you can seat anywhere u want.
U seat and the waiter ask u want order first or see the menu (like a standard service a restaurant)
After finish u can order what you like to eat.
And waiting (so longg....i think 20min)
And u can take a photo first when the food already at your table.. lol
And u can eat the food.
U can order again with the barcode at my photo, using smartphone, u scan that barcode and open the browser of nam heong and u can order (im first curious, and i try to order black tea)
After that u can call waiter to pay the bill
No bank promos, and after pay u can leave and bye²
