I was very unlucky. I went there on Friday night and was served in a hurry by a tall fat guy. Due to his restlessness, he threw my raisin oatmeal scones instead of put it carefully and that made my scones crushed into pieces. And yes, he didn't even say sorry or even tried to replace it. I was too tired to argue, so I just left but I was very angry.
