Room feels old but quite clean. Cigarette smoke odor on hallways is irritating, but thankfully there is no odor in the room. Pool is small but nice, but water is a bit dirty. Location is the main strength of this hotel. Overall good value for money.

This place has a great location, with it being very close to Plaza Surabaya and many other malls in close proximity. The beds were comfortable with 2 super single beds which are rare to see in many hotels.

Breakfast was satisfactory with fried chicken, kang kong vegetables and other breakfast items. However, it is missing a very important ingredient, egg. The staff could communicate easily in English and were friendly.

However, the facilities were really outdated or in need of maintenance. 1) The wallpaper in my room was coming off.

2) The sink was clogged slightly since it was draining pretty slowly.

3) The room card wasn't working at first.

4) There wasn't any hot water for the bath. (The water temperature was still tolerable as it was in between lukewarm and cool)

5) The plugs were not near the bed My parents' room was better but they faced the same thing, lack of hot water.

If the hotel were to improve its current equipment, this place would really be highly recommended.

Brilliant, classy, clean, efficient staff, excellent service, wonderful location u0026 value for money. Clever ploy of free buffet for 1 leads to parting with minimal cost for 2 people all can eat buffet. Where to start ? 50- 60 different hot dishes supplied, a separate Japanese Chef cooking on demand, another desert specialist, constantly supervised serving platters means nobody misses out. An eye opener for sure. Check in u0026 out fuss free, security that assists, not hampers leads to a very rewarding experience. The standout this year so far. My new stay in Surabaya!????

Been there for a business purpose. Quite old u0026 nice hotel actually. Their food is so-so. But I think they need to upgrade some facilities and their staff need to respect another people coz i found it bothersome when we have a seminar inside the ballroom but their staff ( i guess include their manager) really made some noise and honestly it was really uncomfortable.

Location is strategic, only 3 minutes walk to plaza indonesia, gas station, alfamart, etc. Somehow, you need to understand that this hotel is allowing smokers to smoke even inside the room. We do not mind with the old facilities, we definitely mind that our room smells sooo bad from the previous guests who smoke in the room. Shame!

The best to me according to price. For parties, wedding, meeting, exhibition engagement n any occasion, room with facilities, food OK. I stay 326 room for 1 day. I feel home. Next time I come again.
Wheelchair facilities is bit difficult but can.

It was fun in Deluxe Twin(?) Room with my friend. We are staying just for an escape from our tiring life ???? The receptionist and the staff are really nice.????????

And oh! It's been a while I use bath tub. As a college girl in a dorm, there's no way for me to use that unless when I was in Japan for study exchange. It was suuuuper nice to finally "drown" myself in warn water again eventhough the warm/cool water tool(?) was kinda hard to figure out at first but in the end ???????? And I really appreciate the existence of prayer room in here. Really nice. :)
