One of the oldest restaurants selling char siew, roasted pork (shao rou), roasted chicken (shao ji), and braised pig innards.

The char siew is delicious, as it is well-marinated, and tender. The roasted pork is also delicious, but I would have wanted the lean meat part to be a bit more tender. As for the roasted chicken, it is quite okay, with the meat has a rather salty taste (but not overly salty). For the braised pig innards, nearly all parts (intestine, ear, nose) are well marinated. However, what makes all the difference in this restaurant is its dipping sauce. As far as I know, nowhere else you can find such sauce! Do come and try :)

This is the most famous roasted pork belly place in Surabaya. They now have several outlets and restaurants in different areas of the city, but this shop is one of the oldest.

Legendary Siokee, Siobak (Bbq Chicken and Pork) in surabaya. Very delicious dipping sauce (tauco)

Price is too high for a small portion of meet!
Not worth the money!
