Having quite positive experience with this hotel, their hospitality and service was superb. My kids always love the breakfast time, their staff is so supportive and kind to children.

Sheraton positioning is quite clear and niche among best hotel in Surabaya in term of service standard, strategic location, facilities, and service level deliverables.

Sheraton Hotel always provides the best both in terms of service, to facilities. from the moment we arrived we were immediately greeted very well from the hotel staff, as well as complete and luxurious facilities. There is also a very good breakfast here.
during my stay at the sheraton hotel i feel this hotel is very good, the cleanliness is also ok, the food is delicious, and all the employees are very friendly

Bad service when i wanna buy cakes in bromo resto, I must angry at first when I wanna buy some cakes and then, the staff serve us after we was angry. Bad service in concierge because it isn't friendly to answer the guest question. The housekeeping and front office are very good service and friendly. The room is very good for sleep

I have been staying regularly in Sheraton in the past 14 years or more and the hotel never fails me. The room is newly renovated therefore super clean with outstanding services in the club lounge, the spa and kawi lounge entertainment. Last but not least, superb customer services in club lounge, concierge and receiptionist, to name a few, Tasya u0026 Zakiah. Thank you for making us feel welcome ????

We've been to several Sheraton hotels, but we think Sheraton Surabaya is the best in terms of hospitality.
All staffs are very attentive, kind and very helpful. Thumbs up!

For the hotel itself, they have a pretty front (it is especially very pretty at night, but I forgot to take a pict) and lobby. It's located in the heart of the business district, connected to Tunjungan Plaza (3 and 6). However, it is best to use taxi or public transport since it might not easy to get parking lot.
The hotel have complete facilities, from gym to spa. They have their own jogging track (with beautiful garden, so you can enjoy the garden while jog), basketball court and tennis court. There is also a Kids Corner.

The room is spacious and clean, full of amenities (refigerator, water heater, standard bathroom, hair dryer and iron). Wifi works very good, very convenient if you want to work at the hotel.

It is advisable to pick the room with breakfast since they have a quite variation of food for breakfast. The food are tasty. But if you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel, there are some local famous restos near the hotel also coffee shop at the mall.

We don't have any complaints while staying at Sheraton. Definitely will be back for our future visit to Surabaya.

Spacious room, excellent services, breakfast offers various menu and taste great as well. location wise, it is located in the city center next to largest mall in surabaya - tunjungan plaza
