Easy to find, simple room, good lobby. Air conditioning is good, room is clean. It might be good for staying because you can find local cuisine around.

The hotel is like in the picture.
Comfy for single traveler like me.
The room is small, but fine and warm.
The location of the hotel is close to jalan Nginden with all the busy road and business center.
I will stay again if i need to be doing things in the area.

Just visit this hotel for the short meeting. I'm having a time to try the restaurant (coffee shop). The food's taste is good with great affordable price. The interior of the coffee shop and the lobby interior is quite nice and artistic. The land is not so big, but it looks properly arranged.

you could say the hotel with cheap rates. the place and the room are clean, the water is good, it's equipped with hot water. cold air conditioner, quite satisfying. the parking lot is pretty good too

As budget hotel this hotel quite good, clean and near city, if we hungry can go to Bu Kus (only 2minutes by walk) also near panen raya (if you like go by walk also can, but you can go by gojek)
Things that i don't like about this hotel are my room didn't get sunlight and window cannot opened. But overall, everything is good.

Good places to spend your time at surabaya, simple, all you can eat available for breakfast and lunch, shuttle service, lowest price but good service. But this hotel is not available for unmarried couple. Cozy and quiet unique place and you can have private meeting in this place. So if you go to surabaya and looking for nice but cheap place to stay, you can choose this hotel for good. Enjoy your time at surabaya, and don't forget to visit us. Great budget hotel! Nice room for it's low price. The scenery is going to be better with the development of the park in front of it.
