Rooms aren't that clean, but managable, the pool is awesome and clean

We booked for 4 room in July 31, 2021.
I left my belonging there. It was a card. I put it in the card key on the wall. Since they gave us only one key, so I put my personal card to replace it. That I can carry my key and make it easier for the kids in the room. But I left it in my room. I called them on August 3, they said no one stay in that room after me. But how could they can’t find my card? Are they clean it properly? They should can see it there. It’s stuck on the card key on the wall. Or they think it’s not important so they throw it in rubbish bin?????
Another hotel would keep our stuff if I left it behind. Just this hotel. I don’t know how they works. So disappointed. And I can’t get replacement for this card.
Yes I know it’s my fault coz I left my belongings left behind. But they should have keep it.
Would never come back here again. Ever

Read some reviews before finally decided to stay at this place and almost all said that the staffs are nice and helpful. They were right! Had early check-in done smoothly thanks to Mas Lutvy. Even though we didn't get our city view but the room was getting a good amount of sunlight, so that's not even a problem. Room was clean, spacious enough, comfortable, bathroom was clean and hot water worked pretty well, AC also worked well, nice atmosphere every where, breakfast was also tasty, I'm a happy customer ❤

One of the first hotel in Surabaya to offer quality service. I loved staying here. There's a nice park in front of the hotel, directly facing a river. Nice view, but the river could use a little cleaning. The main street can be crowded in the morning and evening.

Well, this is one of the finest hotel I ever stay. Every single corner of this hotel is spotless clean. Lobby, parking area, hallway, restaurants and including the toilet in the room. There is a wide backyard which is clean and green with huge trees. Some spots in the hotel are decorated with antiques furniture such as pottery, desks, small gazebo, etc.

The water is very clean in the swimming pool, and almost no smell of chlorine. The gym also available just near the pool. It is open for visitor and for members.

I was sitting near the water fountain in the backyard one night, under the palm tree and facing the full moon. It was amazing experience, considering this hotel is located near the busy junctions of Surabaya.

Exactly 5 stars. 10 if I could.

Comfortable room, nice pool, nice people, shower a little bit smaller but clean. Large parking space, Large cafe and resto. Just one issue the room is not impermeable, sometimes u can hear the furniture is shifted. But after all is great hotel
