Warning to all traveler
If you want to travel overseas
Do not go to Prodia for your swab! their format is not accepted for international travel
I was rejected from check in, and has to re do my antigen. Called their useless customer service, guess what! NOTHING!
Kalau belum standard international
Tolong mengaku saja kalau test dsri prodia tidak bisa di gunakan untuk international travel.jangan merugikan orang
We did call your customer services, someone from your office also call back to me
No solution was given!
Even the airport officer told us that prodia has been warned so many times to comply with the airport but you guys insisted on not to follow stadard protocol
There is a 3 family that has to redo the pcr test with us
And we all got the test from Prodia

Best clinic in town imho..everything is in order,very professional,they using a lot of high tech stuffs in there,very clean,the staff is kind and very helpful
